Is sending flowers enough on this friendship day?

Friendship day is that special day you get to celebrate with your friends. We exchange gifts and flowers on this day. The history says that the Friendship day was first introduced in 1919 for the promotion of greeting cards but did not get a warm welcome from the world. The International Friendship day was declared in 1958. There are some differences in the dates according to countries. Some countries celebrate this on July 30th and in some countries, this is celebrated in August on the first Sunday of the month. Whatever be the date, friends do not forget to wish and send flowers on friendship day.

Flowers or gifts?

The real question here is that should we be sending only flowers to our friends or should we send some gifts along with the flowers. The answer to this question will depend on the person (your friend). What I meant to say is that if you are talking about your best friend you should send flowers on friendship day along with a friendship day gift. But if you are planning to send wishes to all your close friends you should limit it with the bouquet of flowers. Another factor that you have to consider while ordering the bouquet is the favorite color and flower of your friends. Your friends should be receiving their favorite flower in their favorite color.

By now you would have got an idea about the friends whom you should send flowers on friendship day. This will also give an idea about the friends who deserve a special gift with the flowers. The best idea would be to send a greeting card along with the flowers. Even if you could not send gifts or flowers or greeting cards, do not forget to wish your friends on friendship day.
